Being a licensed esthetician has given her the knowledge to personalize each client's skincare needs leading to ultimate cosmetic results. Formally Rachael worked as the lead hair and makeup artist at Ruelala luxury brand off price Fashion/Home Goods eCommerce Flash site.  There she partnered with Creative Directors and Senior Art directors to provide makeup and hair seasonal direction.  Along with creating, managing and mentoring a strong freelance team, and she helped select and train remote  junior hair and make up artists on incorporating seasonal changes.  Rachael collaborated with the social media team to create many blog and social posts about the beauty industry.
